Members of Delta Sigma Pi work together each year to support causes at both the local and national levels. Last fall members took part in a 36- hour “Teeter-Totter-A-Thon” to support the American Diabetes Association, raising over $500. Members also participate in the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure and the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.  In the spring members participated in the American Heart Walk and earned over $1000 to donate to the American Heart Association.

Throughout the year we also participate in smaller-scale events to aide local causes. We hold canned food drives, visit area retirement homes, and collect money to donate to the Toledo Zoo. A number of our members volunteer with Junior Achievement to teach area children about community and commerce and volunteer with Hannah's Socks which provides clothing necessities to the less fortunate in the Toledo area.
