Leadership development programs unique to Delta Sigma Pi are the LEAD (Leadership and Excellence Academies for Deltasigs) schools and conferences and Grand Chapter Congress. These programs are held at different locations throughout the country and are open to members of Delta Sigma Pi from many universities. At these programs individuals have the opportunity to network with other fraternity members and are able to enhance their personal, professional, leadership, and fraternal development.
